What data is deleted?

When you submit an account deletion request:

Your Email Address and Google OAuth credentials are permanently deleted.
Your Device UUID and Firebase FCM push tokens are purged from our database.
Active API access tokens are immediately revoked.
Remaining unspent in-app coin balances are forfeit upon account deletion.

* Note: In accordance with tax laws and anti-fraud regulations, anonymized financial records of Google Play purchase tokens are retained for the statutory retention period (up to 7 years) and cannot be altered.

Option 1: Fastest

Delete Directly in the App

If you still have the VeloNum app installed on your device:

Open the VeloNum app.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap Account & Security.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

Instant execution: Any active refundable number orders will be refunded immediately prior to data wipe.

Option 2: External Web Request

Submit Web Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the app, submit your registered Google Email or Guest Device UUID below:
