VELONUM IS NOT A TRADITIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER OR REPLACEMENT FOR REGULAR CELLULAR SERVICE. VELONUM NUMBERS CANNOT MAKE OUTGOING CALLS OR INCOMING/OUTGOING VOICE CALLS, AND DO NOT SUPPORT CALLS OR MESSAGES TO EMERGENCY SERVICES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING 911, 112, 999, OR ANY REGIONAL EMERGENCY DISPATCH NUMBERS). YOU MUST ENSURE YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVE CELLULAR OR FIXED-LINE PHONE ACCESS TO CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES.
1. Definitions, Scope & Permitted Purpose ("Privacy Shield" Positioning)
These Terms of Service (alternatively referred to as the Terms of Use or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VeloNum (full product title: VeloNum: Virtual Phone Number, package identifier: com.velonum.virtualnumber, official website: https://velonumber.com).
Privacy Shield Positioning: VeloNum is explicitly designed and provided as a personal telephone privacy buffer, spam protection shield, and authorized software quality assurance (QA) utility. It allows individuals and developers to safeguard their primary cellular number against unsolicited marketing, unwanted calls, and data broker aggregation. VeloNum is NOT a traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN) carrier, does not offer two-way voice communication, does not support outbound SMS, and is not designed to circumvent platform fraud controls.

2. Eligibility (18+), Guest Sessions & Account Security
Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use VeloNum. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Guest Device Sessions & Account Binding: VeloNum enables instant guest onboarding by generating a unique, cryptographically random device_uuid. You are solely responsible for maintaining custody of your device. You may voluntarily link your account to a verified Google Sign-In profile to preserve your Coin Wallet across devices or system resets.
Non-Transferability & Promotional Limits: Accounts and Coin balances are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-assignable. Any promotional, bonus, or referral reward is strictly limited to one (1) claim per physical device. Attempting to circumvent device limits via emulators, device spoofing, or automated cloning constitutes fraud and triggers immediate account termination.
3. Activation Lifecycle, Atomic Escrow, 120-Second Cooldown & Single-SMS vs. Repeat-SMS Modes
VeloNum’s automated activation engine operates under strict transactional guarantees:

When you place an order for a virtual number, the required Coin price is placed in an atomic escrow hold. To allow international mobile networks adequate time to establish routing and to prevent speculative inventory cycling, manual cancellation is locked for the first 120 seconds following order confirmation (EARLY_CANCEL_DENIED).
If no SMS verification code arrives during the active 15–20 minute window, or if you manually cancel the order after the 120-second cooldown while zero SMS have been received, 100% of the escrowed Coins are automatically and immediately refunded to your in-app Coin Wallet (Automatic 100% Coin Refund).
The exact moment any inbound SMS message or verification code is received by our gateway and delivered to your activation screen, the service is deemed 100% completed and fully performed. At that moment, the escrowed Coins are permanently captured, and the activation is strictly non-refundable.

Activations operate under one of two operational modes:
- Single-SMS Mode: High-security routes (including dedicated clean-number routes for Telegram via Ozvinoo) are strictly single-SMS (
can_get_another_sms = false, 15-minute window). Upon delivering the OTP code, VeloNum automatically executes immediate upstream session termination (logoutSession) so that upstream aggregator sessions are purged and only you maintain access to your newly registered third-party account. No additional SMS can be requested on Single-SMS numbers. - Repeat-SMS Mode: Supported standard carrier routes (Hero-SMS) permit you to request free, best-effort repeat SMS codes on the same number within the remaining 20-minute window (
can_get_another_sms = true). Once the first SMS is received, the activation is final and cannot be refunded even if a subsequent repeat SMS fails to arrive.
4. Strict One-Time Use Guarantee, Carrier Number Recycling & Mandatory User 2FA Precautions
Strict One-Time Use Guarantee: Disposable virtual numbers are allocated for a single, transient 15–20 minute verification session only. Once the session concludes, the number deactivates permanently and cannot be reactivated, re-rented, or renewed to receive future login codes, password reset links, or recurring multi-factor verification messages days, weeks, or months later.
Upstream Carrier Number Recycling: Virtual numbers are sourced from licensed global telecommunications pools. Under standard telecommunications practices, mobile carriers may quarantine and eventually recycle or reassign previously used phone numbers to new subscribers months or years after your activation concludes.
5. Pass-Through Intermediary Status, Deliverability Telemetry & Dynamic Real-Time Pricing
Pass-Through Intermediary Status: VeloNum operates solely as a technical routing conduit between upstream telecommunications carriers and your device screen. Third-party applications (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, OpenAI, etc.) maintain autonomous, proprietary anti-spam filters, IP-reputation checks, and device-fingerprinting systems. VeloNum does not guarantee that any external application will accept a given virtual number. If a third-party platform rejects a number, prompts for a prior subscriber’s 2FA PIN, or subsequently restricts or bans your account after an SMS has been delivered, VeloNum assumes zero liability, and no refund is due.
Calibrated Deliverability Badges: VeloNum displays color-coded deliverability badges—such as High Success (≥ 30%), Good Success (15%–29.9%), and Moderate (< 15%). These badges reflect historical, aggregate carrier telemetry. They represent statistical guidance and do NOT constitute a warranty or guarantee of delivery.
Dynamic Pricing: Catalog Coin rates fluctuate dynamically in real time based on wholesale telecommunications costs and global carrier supply and demand. The Coin rate displayed and confirmed at the exact moment of order placement governs that specific activation.
Sole & Exclusive Remedy: If an SMS code fails to arrive within the active countdown window, your sole and exclusive remedy is the Automatic 100% Coin Refund back to your in-app Coin Wallet.
6. In-App Virtual Coins, Two-Tier Refund Policy, EU Withdrawal Waiver & Anti-Chargeback Enforcement
Nature of In-App Coins: Coins are consumable digital utility tokens purchased in preset packages (Starter Pack, Popular Pack, Pro Pack, Business Pack) through Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit. Coins carry no fiat monetary value outside VeloNum, do not accrue interest, are non-withdrawable, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency. Promotional, bonus, or gifted Coins are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Waiver of EU/UK 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing a Coin package and requesting immediate digital content performance within VeloNum, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Rights regulations, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once Coins are credited to your account or spent on activations.
Google Play Billing (GPA.) & App Store Inquiries: Inquiries regarding fiat refunds for 100% unconsumed Coin packs must be submitted directly through Google Play or Apple App Store within their statutory refund frameworks.
You consent to VeloNum transmitting order verification records and consumption telemetry to Google Play and Apple in defense of billing disputes. Initiating a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback after consuming Coins or receiving verification codes ("friendly fraud") constitutes a material breach of contract. In response to a voided purchase or chargeback, VeloNum will immediately:
- Claw back the corresponding Coins from your wallet (which may result in a negative Coin balance);
- Revoke all active Sanctum API tokens and terminate your account;
- Forfeit any remaining Coin balance; and
- Permanently blacklist your hardware
device_uuidand associated Google Account across our network.
7. Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Regulated/KYC Services & Anti-Velocity Protection
You agree to use VeloNum strictly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use VeloNum for:
- Financial fraud, identity theft, unauthorized account creation, extortion, or phishing/smishing;
- Circumventing platform safety bans, distributing malware, or harassing individuals;
- Violating the Terms of Service of third-party platforms with which you verify;
Strict Prohibition on Regulated, Banking & KYC/AML Services
VeloNum temporary numbers must NEVER be used to receive SMS verification codes for banking, credit card issuers, wire transfer services, cryptocurrency exchanges, government administration portals, tax agencies, healthcare/medical portals, or any regulated service requiring legal identity verification (Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering — KYC/AML). VeloNum does not support identity-bound verification; you must use your personal primary mobile carrier number for all regulated services.
Anti-Automation & Low-Conversion Velocity Limits: Automated scrapers, bots, and emulators are strictly banned. Users who engage in abnormal order velocity or high-frequency order/cancel cycles with abnormally low completion rates (e.g. < 6% conversion over rapid consecutive requests) are subject to automated concurrency limits, cooldown throttling, and account suspension.
Regulatory Exclusions & Export Controls: VeloNum is not tailored for compliance with industry-specific regulations including HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. You may not access VeloNum if you are located in an embargoed or sanctioned jurisdiction under US, EU, UK, or UN export controls.
8. Third-Party Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

VeloNum (com.velonum.virtualnumber) is an independent telecommunications routing utility and privacy buffer. All third-party company names, product names, trademarks, trade names, brand icons, and logos displayed within the VeloNum application, catalog, or website (including, without limitation, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, OpenAI, ChatGPT, TikTok, Tinder, X / Twitter, Microsoft, Apple, Discord, Snapchat, Uber, Amazon, Netflix, and PayPal) remain the sole property of their respective owners.
The display of these 177+ third-party brand names and icons is conducted strictly under Nominative Fair Use to designate technical compatibility and allow users to select the appropriate telecommunications routing destination for their expected inbound SMS verification payload. VeloNum is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to any of the third-party platforms or trademark holders displayed.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS"), Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
"AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer: VeloNum is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free transmission.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeloNum and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of access to third-party accounts. In all circumstances, VeloNum’s aggregate cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service shall be strictly capped at the total amount paid by you to VeloNum in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
User Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeloNum, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of virtual numbers, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. App Store Third-Party Beneficiaries, Severability & Governing Law
Apple & Google Third-Party Beneficiaries: You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC (and their respective subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google have the legal right (and are deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
Severability & Entire Agreement: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and international consumer laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
